The person that took care of me had great customer service and gave me detailed information about what needs my car needed. I also had asked that a weather strip by the back tires was coming loose and if they could tighten it up since they had the car up and rotating the tires but that did not happen. The person who serviced me looked and saw that it was not done so he tried to do it but had no luck. It would have been less than a few minutes to take care of it but it didn't happen ...

Mario was very patient and genuinely helpful, and I didn't feel pressured or pushed into a decision like I had felt at other dealerships. I was shown cars within my price range with the features I was looking for, and nothing higher or overly fancy. Overall great experience!

After taking my car to Mike Anderson Chevrolet 3 times over the summer for the same issue, a check engine light came on shortly after picking up my car. I tried using the chat feature on the web site to reach out to someone but no one returned my messages.
