Ivan was AMAZING!! I’ve gone to 3 dealers and there was no attempt to really help me find the cause of problem with my car. Ivan was thorough and informative and just so helpful with everything. The manager was accommodating with a very small issue I had with a charge, but overall the experience was AWESOME!!

I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze at Mike Anderson. I had a great experience working with Nassar Fakhouny. Met with a salesman who was great (Ray-seriously, ask for him) and decided to still shop around because we weren't in a hurry to buy. Received numerous calls from a different team member almost daily for over a week or so. Way too much. If we didn't like Ray so much that would've definitely pushed us away. Paper work during purchase was a bit rushed for my liking. Purchased sales floor car and requested it be cleaned up before we left the lot, yet, it was still very dusty inside and had numerous smudge and smear marks throughout the inside. A tire was also low on air and we kept receiving a warning light and now another one is doing the same. Hope it's just a weather issue.. it's been a week so we are playing it by ear. Minor things yet, so simple that they could've been easily managed by the eager employees. Otherwise, our salesman was easy going and made the process of buying a new car tolerable. Got the car I wanted at the price point I wanted without dealing with a pushy, big talking salesman. I call that a win.

Johnathan and Haz were amazing to work with......I first spoke to Haz who gave me the best deal and over the phone since i live about 3hrs away. When I went up to the dealer the salesperson Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was the same vehicle i had just newer.
