Marco Martinez was an excellent sales person, both personable and polite. His sales presence was helpful and he did not play any of the High Pressure games I've seen on other dealerships. He was willing to work out detail and kinks, even a misunderstanding on my part, right up to the last minute. 10/10 Raazak in finance was also great. I worked with Janelle Norton to obtain a Chevy Bolt EUV. She was very helpful making sure I understood everything involved with the vehicle and placing the order. As the order kept getting delayed, she continually updated me on its status and presented alternate options. Once I got my vehicle, she was very patient in answering all my follow-up questions. This week I bought a ZR2 from Mike Anderson Chevrolet, my salesman was Joe Ayala. I flew in from out of state to make this purchase, being that I was from WA and I had lots of questions. Joe was awesome, before we had even met he was answering all my text questions and I know at times he was doing this from home. Although I’ve read mixed reviews in regards to sales, our experience with Anderson was exceptional. Nick went out of his way to answer all our questions and review all our options. I just purchased a Cadillac SUV from Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago. I found my dream car online and my salesperson, Ray Kinsch couldn't have been more helpful! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and the experience was completely pressure free. Ray and his team definitely made it super easy, fast and painless. I never thought I could feel really excited about buying a car and also feel that I got a great deal, but Ray made that happen on Saturday at Mike Anderson Chevrolet! This past weekend, I purchased my second Chevy Tahoe from Tony at Mike Andersen Chevy. Once again, I found that Tony provided the best service and by far the best deal in Chicago. I live 60 plus miles from this dealership, but chose to go there because no one else could touch his price on the Tahoe. We visited this dealership near Six Corners the first week of December, we came back and we're disappointed to learn that the general sales manager Robert Punzalan was no longer with the dealership. It was just a bummer because buying a vehicle from him was pretty fun last year we bought a pre owned 2015 Toyota Sienna and had no expectation as we were in the market for a Traverse but he personally went outside and showed us the features and benefits right next to a Traverse and we were impressed with the Sienna. Salesman I had was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I had wanted. Showed him a picture of it and he knew which one it was. I took for a test drive and I bought it. He went though all the steps with the purchasing of the vehicle. I wish the guys in the service area would have checked tire pressure in the tires before the vehicle left their property.

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Impala. The experience was quite a surprise. Tony, the salesman was helpful and direct. He did not waste my time with the shenanigans. This is my second time purchasing from Mike Anderson. I don't have the best credit but this is the second time I walk out of there with a car I'm extremely happy with. Friendly staff . I bought a new 2015 Chevy malibu & while I was waiting I had a question so I asked mr john stone my question & he looked at me like I was speaking another language shrugged his shoulders & told me he doesn't know go ask someone else...
