Chevrolet Suburban

The Chevrolet Suburban: Leading Full-Size SUV

The 2015 Chevy Suburban is on site here at Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Chicago. If you need real truck-sized capacity and capability, then the Suburban is for you. This long-running model has been the first choice for area drivers that need to be able to load up to eight passengers and hook up a trailer, for about a century, and the Suburban doesn’t show any sign of slowing down.

2015 Chevrolet Suburban

The biggest Chevy SUV gets glowing reviews from the automotive press for the new model year:

  • “Overall, the strengths and character of the 2015 Tahoe and Suburban remain as before. The upgraded interiors, longer equipment list, and quieter ride make them more credible premium products-which is a good thing, considering their more premium price.” — Automobile Magazine
  • “For those who have always liked big vehicles, need big capabilities, and prefer an SUV as their family hauler rather than a minivan, a 2015 Suburban is somewhere with your name on it.” — Car and Driver
  • “If you want maximum cargo and passenger capacity, combined with 4-wheel-drive capability, big-trailer towing capacity, and a luxurious interior, the 2015 Chevrolet Suburban is your best pick.” — Kelley Blue Book

Future Suburban

What could Chevy do to improve the Suburban in the future? We expect that Chevrolet will primarily target two things: fuel economy and efficiency, and the latest technological features. You can imagine a Suburban with a smaller, turbocharged V6 engine, or even a hybrid powertrain that would offer all the heavy-lifting torque you need, while burning fewer gallons of gas. You can also expect more preventative safety features, such as collision prevention braking, and more. Chevrolet has released no information about the future Suburban, so we’ll have to wait to find out more details.
