The person that took care of me had great customer service and gave me detailed information about what needs my car needed. I also had asked that a weather strip by the back tires was coming loose and if they could tighten it up since they had the car up and rotating the tires but that did not happen. The person who serviced me looked and saw that it was not done so he tried to do it but had no luck. It would have been less than a few minutes to take care of it but it didn't happen and with the weather and snow it may not get into my body of the car, so I will have to do it.

Mario was very patient and genuinely helpful, and I didn't feel pressured or pushed into a decision like I had felt at other dealerships. I was shown cars within my price range with the features I was looking for, and nothing higher or overly fancy. Overall great experience!

After taking my car to Mike Anderson Chevrolet 3 times over the summer for the same issue, a check engine light came on shortly after picking up my car. I tried using the chat feature on the web site to reach out to someone but no one returned my messages. My advice is not to use the web chat, the service doesn't even know the name of the general manager.After bringing the car physically in and speaking with the General Manager, John Flannigan, he and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to figure out a way to get my repairs covered by my extended warranty. It was a huge relief after a frustrating summer/fall with car issues to have some good news. They were good at communicating issues of ordering the parts required due to Covid 19 and promptly called me when it was ready.

I recently leased a car at Mike Anderson Chevrolet, my sales person was Jorge Rodriguez and he and the rest of the team were amazing from customer service to making sure we found something that worked for me and my budget during these unique times, even their finance dept. took time to explain and make sure I understood all of the paperwork. I was very grateful for the kindness this whole team showed me particularly Jorge because I spent the most time with him. I would highly recommend doing business here. In the past I have also used Mike Anderson Chevrolet for oil changes and routine maintance and the service center team always got things done quickly, explain things clearly, and are very friendly.

I went in for a recall and oil change but the oilChange advertisement said 49$ . I got charged 59. Seem off you advertise a oil change then charge a different price .
